- Making outgoing and incoming files
- Archiving paper and electronic files
- Preparing administrative letters and circulars
- Follow up on recording violations and penalties for the employee
- Providing weekly reports to update employment
- Follow the fingerprint on a daily basis and send a report
- Follow up on employee vacations
- Ensure that all employee documents are completed in paper and electronic files
Requirements:
Saudi nationality - resident
At least 3 years of experience in the field of human resources and government platforms
