Job description:
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Responding to all the contacts contained in the Foundation's numbers with its management, registration, follow -up and organization within the institution's systems
Issuing bills on owners of ownership apartments
Work on the accounting balance system
- Work on issuing bills for providing services to customers first -hand
- Work on a rental platform for issuing rental contracts
- Work on a owners ’platform for the establishment of real estate societies
Work on a successful platform
Issuing and opening bank accounts for real estate
Review the bank accounts detection of real estate registered in the Malak platform
- Check the bank account budgets for real estate before providing any services
- Linking the maintenance service work for real estate to the bank account budgets department to issue service orders
- Reviewing the bank accounts of real estate and linking them with government platforms
Collecting the percentage and amounts of the institution before providing any service
- Review the bank accounts of the institution and prepare the financial statements
Issuing bills on platform clients and follow -up with the troubled people
Issuing the decisions of the implementation bonds of the Malak platform and the platform
- Customer data checking and verifying the powers of official documents
- Collection and follow -up with customers of the rental platform and an owners ’platform
- Communicating with customer requests and scheduling daily business
Formulating, coordinating letters, reading and understanding real estate requests
Organizing, sorting and saving office files on the computer in a way that facilitates the quick access of any file
Preserving the general appearance of the office
Requirements:
  • A university qualification for a specialization in business management, computer technology, or civil engineering
  • Computer use and Microsoft Office programs
Language requirements:
  • English-fluent
Employment type:

Salary Range: 3,800 S.R.
