Job goal:
- Design, implementation and supervision of air conditioning, plumbing and fire control systems and ensuring their compatibility with codes and engineering standards, and achieving operational efficiency and safety safety
Tasks and responsibilities:
Design plumbing systems (cold and hot water, sanitation, rain water)
Design air conditioning and ventilation systems (HVAC) according to the requirements of projects and technical specifications
Design fire control systems (machine guns, fire networks, fire pumps) according to NFPA or Civil Defense
Preparing the executive plans, coordination plans (Coordination Drawings) and the reality plans (AS Build Drawings)
- Cost estimation for each stage of the project from the bone to the final finishing
Calculate thermal loads using programs such as HaP or Carrier E20
Preparing the tables of the quantities and technical specifications
Review and accreditation of materials and equipment provided by suppliers (Mateial Submittals)
Supervising the field implementation and ensuring that it matches the plans and standards
- Coordination with other sections (electricity, architecture, civil) to avoid conflicts
Testing & ComMissioning tests
Preparing periodic technical reports
- Follow the business with the contractor until the final delivery stage
Requirements:
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
Practical experience of at least 3 years in air conditioning, plumbing and fire
Global codes (Ashrae, NFPA, IPC, Smacna)
Getting engineering programs
High skills in time management, communication and problem solving
