Coordination between the sales and production team and other departments
- Preparing price offers and preparing the necessary documents for customers
- Follow customer requirements and make sure to receive all data (photos, sizes, materials, etc.)
- Managing communication with customers and updating the situation in the system continuously
Organizing the delivery and coordination schedules with the marketing department when needed to photograph or prepare content
- Catalogs update and pricing content
- Register daily reports in the system (ODOO or Internal System)
Participate in field visits when needed
Understanding engineering plans and the ability to accurately read technical data
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience
Computer use and office software (Excel, Word, and others)
Fully devoted to full -time work (from Saturday to Thursday)
Preference for those who have a background, experience in marketing or coordination between departments
A skill in dealing with customers professionally and organizing
The ability to work under pressure and adhere to dates
