Tasks and responsibilities:
• Department of daily operations for human resources and employee service
• Employment and reception of new employees
• Organizing employee files and records
• Salary management and social insurance and all regular requirements
• Follow -up holidays, attendance and departure
• Dealing with government gates: resident, strong, insurance, extended, and the Ministry of Labor
• Follow up the evaluation of employee performance and take disciplinary measures when needed
• Ensure the commitment to the Saudi labor system and the company's policies
• Supporting the Department of Governmental Relations and Administration when needed
• Preparing the monthly reports of the administration
Requirements:
Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration or Similar Specialization
Experience from 2 to 3 years in the same field inside Saudi Arabia
Full knowledge of the Saudi work system and government gates
