Job description:
Supervising construction projects from the beginning to delivery
Ensure that the works are carried out according to the approved technical plans and standards
- Preparing daily and weekly technical reports for the workflow
- Coordination with contractors and suppliers and ensuring their commitment to time schedules
Follow -up safety and quality operations within the site
- Study and analyze costs and the technical needs of the project
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Reviewing the technical plans and specifications for projects
Ensure that the materials and equipment needed for the site are available
Check the quality of implementation at all construction stages
Suggest engineering solutions to field problems
- Preparing time schedules for implementation and following up actual progress
Coordination with the consulting and municipal advisors as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor of Civil Engineering
At least 3 years experience in the same field
He holds a valid membership from the Engineers Authority
