Tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervising the material tests and ensuring that they are implemented accurately according to the criteria
Building and developing relations with new and current customers to enhance services
Preparing marketing plans to increase sales and expand customers
Providing illustrations to customers on the available technical services
Preparing and managing the technical and marketing performance reports of the laboratory
Requirements:
Bachelor of Civil Engineering or a related field
At least 10 years experience in building materials laboratories
Knowledge in the ISO 17025 quality management system
The ability to manage relationships with customers to expand the range of services provided
Experience in marketing engineering services or technical sales department
Comprehensive knowledge of soil, concrete, asphalt, and construction materials
Excellent skills in negotiating and building relationships with customers
The ability to prepare marketing plans and implement them successfully
