Tasks and responsibilities:
- Representing the institution in front of the external parties, customers and the public
- Responding to inquiries and communication with customers across various means (phone, mail, media)
Organizing the activities, exhibitions and conferences of the institution
Preparing and formulating press data and media bulletins
Building professional relationships with the relevant authorities (government agencies, media, partners)
Management of social media accounts or coordination with the media team
- Following customer satisfaction and proposing the means to improve the general image of the institution
Preparing periodic reports on public relations activities
