Tasks and responsibilities:
• Managing employee files and updating their data periodically
• Preparing and renewing work contracts and ensuring their compatibility with the Saudi labor system
• Follow -up to recruitment and recruitment operations
• Supervising professional training and development programs
• Coordination with the financial department for paying salaries and rewards according to the wage protection system
• Managing employee complaints, job discipline, and the application of penalties by regulations
• Preparing periodic reports on attendance, absence, performance, and delay
• Ensuring complete compliance with government systems and updating compliance files in the portal of the Ministry of Human Resources
• Contributing to the development of internal policies and procedures for human resources
Requirements:
A diploma in human resource management or its equivalent
High ability to organize, confidentiality and professional communication
Proficiency in using human resources programs such as Udo, Mina Tech and Microsoft Office systems
