• Receiving and welcoming guests upon arrival and providing assistance in logging in
• Check-in Check-Out, using the reservation system
• Responding to phone calls and customer inquiries with all professionalism
• Providing accurate information about the rooms, prices, services and facilities available at the hotel
• Coordination with other sections (room service, hygiene, security) to meet the needs of guests
• Vocabulary or online reservations, confirming or modifying them when needed
• Collection of payments (cash or cards), issuing bills and receipts
• Dealing with complaints or problems that guests face and work to solve them quickly
Requirements:
A minimum high school diploma
The proficiency of the Arabic language, preferably the English language, speaking and writing
Microsoft's proficiency in the Microsoft programs (Excel)
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with various personalities
Tact, good appearance and professionalism in dealing
It is not required to have previous experience
The ability to work with the rosy system (morning / evening / night)
