Supervising the preventive and corrective maintenance operations
- Developing, improving and developing annual plans, to manage and operate facilities effectively
- Preparing reports, financial claims, and updating forms regarding utility services
- Training and improving the maintenance team and organizing work between them
Implementing maintenance orders and closing them first -hand
Administration of Contractors and Customers Affairs
- Doing field work, periodic visits and communication with the stakeholders, if required
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience
A certificate in engineering, administration or a related field
