Job Description:
- Riyadh Najd Private Schools is seeking a qualified and motivated Support Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of support functions such as cleaning, maintenance, and internal transportation. The successful candidate will ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and in line with the institution’s policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of support service teams (cleaning, maintenance, transportation, etc.).
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to meet their service needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of service providers and contractors.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare periodic reports on service performance and quality.
- Support the implementation of health, safety, and emergency response procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to the school environment.
الشروط والمهارات:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within support or facilities services
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to manage suppliers and coordinate logistics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
