Job description:
- Contributing to preparing and equipping the basic components of recipes and dishes, according to the criteria adopted in the kitchen, to support the main chefs and ensure the progress of work efficiently and quickly
Tasks:
Preparing and preparing basic ingredients (cutting, peeling, washing, weight, storage)
- Follow up daily preparation plans and coordination with the chef team
Ensure the cleanliness and arrangement of the work area and preparation tools
Applying the standards of hygiene and food safety according to the approved health systems
- Helping in arranging and storing the food received properly
- Report any problems in the inventory or equipment for the direct official
Commitment to the instructions for food recipes and quality standards
Support the team in all preparation tasks, especially during peak periods
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in a similar job
Knowing the basics of cooking, kitchen tools, and preparation techniques
The ability to work under pressure and in a team
Commitment to speed, accuracy and personal and professional hygiene
