- Follow up on all official transactions with government agencies such as passports, the Ministry of Human Resources, Social Insurance, and other relevant authorities
Preparing and submitting the documents and documents necessary to complete government transactions on time
- Building positive professional relationships with officials of government agencies to ensure the progress of work smoothly
Administration update with any changes or developments in relevant government regulations and instructions
Ensuring commitment to government regulations in all procedures related to the facility
Supporting human resources departments and legal management in government -related issues
- Follow -up to renew the licenses, permits, and commercial records according to the regular dates
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or any related specialty
At least two years of experience in government relations or relevant administrative business
Good knowledge of government regulations and procedures in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
A valid driver's license (if the field of field mobility is required)
