The goal of the job:
- Ensuring the accuracy and safety of the financial records of the facility, analyze the financial statements, prepare periodic reports in order to support the proper financial decision, and adhere to the accounting standards and applicable systems
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Registration of daily financial operations accurately in the accounting system
- Preparing monthly banking settlements and analyzing the differences, if any
- Following the city's receivables and creditors and preparing debt age reports
- Contributing to the preparation of periodic and annual financial budgets and reports
- Reviewing accounting restrictions, ensuring their authenticity, compatible with accounting policies
Dealing with legal accounting offices and assisting audits
- Preparing zakat and tax declarations and ensuring commitment to local regulations
Support the monthly and annual financial closure operations
- Preserving and archiving financial documents in an organized and safe way
