- Promote and sell UPVC and aluminum windows and doors, build strong relationships with existing and new customers, and achieve sales targets set by management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Seek out new customers and expand the customer base in target markets.
- Provide price and product quotations that meet customer needs.
- Explain the advantages and technical specifications of UPVC and aluminum products in a convincing manner.
- Visit projects, contractors, and engineering offices to promote products.
- Follow up with existing customers and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on visits and sales.
- Coordinate with the production and installation department to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Follow up on collections and ensure payments are received from customers on time.
- Attend trade fairs and events that contribute to marketing the company's products.
- Monitor the market and competitors and submit periodic reports to management.

A high school diploma as a minimum (a diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in sales of construction products or building materials, preferably in UPVC or aluminum
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Good knowledge of the contractor market and residential and commercial projects
Ability to work in the field and achieve sales targets
Proficiency in using computers and sales software (such as Excel or CRM software)
