- UPVC and Aluminum Window and Door Fabrication and Installation Technician
Location:
- Window and Door Fabrication and Installation Factory/Workshop
Job Objective:
- Perform the fabrication and installation of UPVC and aluminum windows and doors according to technical specifications and required standards, ensuring quality and accuracy in work both inside the factory and at customer sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and technical drawings and understand measurements and specifications.
- Cut and assemble UPVC or aluminum profiles using appropriate equipment and tools.
- Install glass, accessories, hinges, locks, and frames according to specifications.
- Perform installation work at customer sites with precision and professionalism.
- Use hand and power tools for fabrication and installation safely.
- Ensure product quality after fabrication and installation, and address any defects or necessary modifications.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the work site, both in the factory and in the field.
- Follow occupational health and safety guidelines during work.
- Communicate with the production supervisor or other technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide daily progress reports and report any technical issues.
الشروط والمهارات:
Professional certificate or technical training in metal or aluminum carpentry (UPVC experience preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or installing doors and windows
Ability to use cutting, assembly, installation, and measuring tools accurately
Good knowledge of UPVC and aluminum fittings and profiles
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
