- Production Manager
Location:
- UPVC and Aluminum Windows and Doors Factory
Job Objective:
- Supervise all production activities to ensure the production of high-quality products according to specified schedules, achieve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure worker safety.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage work teams (carpenters, technicians, and workers) and assign tasks based on the production plan.
- Ensure quality standards are applied throughout all manufacturing stages.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse departments to determine required quantities and delivery dates.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials (aluminum, UPVC, glass, accessories, etc.) and order supplies in a timely manner.
- Work on improving production lines and developing procedures to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Follow up on the maintenance of equipment and machinery and coordinate with the technical team to ensure their readiness.
- Prepare periodic production reports and submit them to senior management.
- Implement occupational safety standards within the factory.
- Contribute to the training and development of the technical team's skills.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in production management in the UPVC or aluminum field
Good knowledge of production planning software (ERP or similar)
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage work teams
Good knowledge of quality and safety standards
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
