The general goal of the job:
- Implementing periodic maintenance work, mechanical repairs for cars and heavy equipment (diesel) according to the approved quality and safety standards, to ensure effective operation and reduce sudden breakdowns.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Conducting preventive and periodic maintenance operations for cars and heavy equipment according to the specified maintenance plans
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and identifying their causes using modern examination tools
Repair and replace damaged mechanical parts such as engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, brake systems, and movement transfers
Examination and repair of hydraulic systems and the compressed air of heavy equipment
- Using specialized tools and equipment to make repairs according to technical guidelines
- Equipment and cars test after repair to ensure operation efficiently and safely
Commitment to professional safety procedures while working to maintain a safe work environment
Preparing technical reports on the maintenance and repair operations completed
- Cooperation with the maintenance team and supervisors to improve equipment performance and reduce operational costs
Follow -up technical updates in the field of diesel mechanics and heavy equipment to improve professional performance
Requirements:
Diploma in car mechanics and heavy equipment - diesel
At least a year experience in the field of maintenance and repair of cars and heavy equipment (preferably)
Familiarity with diesel, hydraulic systems and electrical systems in heavy equipment
The ability to read technical plans and operational brochures
Skills for examining and diagnosing faults using modern examination devices
Good knowledge of occupational safety and health procedures
The ability to work under pressure and achieve tasks on time
