Tasks and responsibilities:
Full supervision of production operations and ensuring the achievement of operational goals and quality
Management team management and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health standards
Monitor costs, improve productivity and reduce losses
Develop strategies to improve production processes in accordance with best practices in the poultry industry
Coordination with other departments to ensure the workflow is highly efficient
Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to the senior management
Requirements:
A university degree in industrial engineering, food science or any related field
At least 5 years experience in factories management, preferably in the poultry manufacturers sector or food industries
High ability to drive and make decisions
Excellent skills in managing teams and achieving operational goals
