Job description:
- The electronic store management of the company (follow -up requests - Follow -up to prepare applications in exhibitions - Follow -up to ship requests for the customer)
Manage the control panel for the electronic payment portal
Administration of the shipping company control panel
- Follow -up of the stock of products daily (add - receipt - delivery)
- Paying matters of payment and receive payments from clients
Providing support to the developed body or technical team
Discover and identify technical errors and suggest improvement for them
- Providing the store's performance reports and making them available to manage the facility and the people concerned
- Continuous improvement in the content of the site to contain all customer questions and needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Marketing and Advertising, General Management, Business Administration, i.e. related specialty
  • Saudi nationality
  • 1 - 3 years experience
  • English at an average or higher level
Language requirements:
  • English-good
