- The primary responsibilities of Maintenance Lead engineers to ensure that maintenance that company machinery and equipment are functional and conform to manufacturing standards and to prevent disruption of the company’s productivity levels.
- Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare preventive action plans for frequent machine troubles
- Check and assess results of machine monitoring and preventive maintenance plan implementation and create corrections or recommendations for future improvements
- Study, review, evaluate and prepare plans and recommendations for machinery improvements such as control upgrading, modifications or replacement
- Review, coordinate, recommend and issue spare parts requirements, availability and procurement.
- Controls all documentation, drawings, diagrams, manuals, technical references and other documents relative to engineering works.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an Accredited University
Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance Engineering in Steel Pipe industry or similar field
Demonstrated ability to lead, acknowledge, develop, communicate & implement a strategy to ensure compliance
Experience with the lean principles of Standardization and proven ability to implement and sustain standardized processes
Ability to present data effectively in various formats; Word/Excel tables/PowerPoint presentations
Strong process improvement mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
