Job Description:
- The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods efficiently. This role ensures inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with safety and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
• Process orders, package items, and coordinate shipments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
• Implement and improve warehouse procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements:
University or intermediate qualification in the field, and additional the certifications in warehouse management are a plus
Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control
Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if required)
