• Supervising the security guards team and ensuring the implementation of their duties as required
• Preparing the schedules of rods and following up the attendance and departure of employees
• Ensure that security and safety measures are committed within the site
• Coordination with the concerned authorities in the event of any security accident
• Providing periodic reports on security conditions and violations
• Training security personnel in procedures and dealing with emergency cases
