- Manage the deliverables of the Commercial & Contracts department effectively.
- Review all incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure smooth communication flow.
- Provide guidance to the project team on Changes/Claims, ensuring compliance with Contract standards.
- Initiate the process of Raising Variation/Claims to the Main Contracts with the Employer.
- Coordinate with all departments for necessary changes and claims.
- Actively participate in Change/Claim meetings to drive efficient outcomes.
- Supervise and guide the Cost Control Team and Procurement Team.
- Develop subcontract/Procurement Templates and ensure alignment with the main contract for consortium protection.
- Uphold contractual obligations and liaise with various departments for seamless operations.
- Thoroughly review significant agreements and correspondence for accuracy.
