1. Receiving and welcoming guests:
- Greeting guests with a friendly smile when they arrive at the hotel
- Verifying guest reservations and completing the check-in process efficiently
- Providing information about the hotel and available services
2. Managing daily operations:
- Process check-out and ensure settlement of all invoices and receivables
- Receive phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Scheduling new reservations and ensuring accuracy of information
3. Customer service:
- Handle guest complaints or problems in a positive spirit and resolve them immediately or escalate them to management if necessary
- Providing recommendations to guests about local places, restaurants, and tourist attractions
4. Maintaining hotel standards:
- Adherence to standards of tact and personal appearance appropriate to the work environment
- Collaborate with other departments (such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance) to ensure guest comfort
