Responsibilities and tasks:
- Managing rehabilitation team meetings
- Supervising programs and activities
- Preparing and following up on the center’s technical plan
- Distributing cases to counselors and specialists
- Evaluating the performance of the qualifying team
- Providing specialized lectures
- Guidance to apply the necessary tests and standards to evaluate cases
- Reviewing and applying diagnostic evidence and internationally approved criteria in assessing the stage of recovery and its characteristics
- Identifying diagnostic cases and building a rehabilitation plan
- Implementing specialized individual psychological rehabilitation sessions
- Implementing specialized group psychological rehabilitation sessions
- Participation in preparing the general rehabilitation plan for the beneficiary
- Participation and guidance in family rehabilitation programs, with attention to some psychological phenomena
- Follow up on the presentation of the case and its transition through the recovery stages with team members
- Conduct periodic evaluations of cases and make appropriate recommendations regarding them
- Participation in continuous training programs for workers within the center
- Participation in conferences, seminars, workshops and meetings related to the subject of psychological rehabilitation.
- Develop and implement plans regarding relapse cases after evaluating the cases
- Participate in the initial assessment of beneficiaries upon entry
- Participation in developing the general rehabilitation plan for the beneficiary
- Follow up on incidental illness cases of those recovering inside the center in emergency situations
- Transferring critical medical cases to centers and hospitals
- Supervising the work of the clinical department
- Signing the initial medical examination for workers when reporting a case of illness and making appropriate recommendations regarding them
- Preparing medical reports
- Issuing an order to dispense medicines, treatment and medical preparations
