- Dealing with complaints and inquiries: Dealing with customer inquiries and customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner, and finding solutions to potential problems quickly and effectively.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness: working to organize and arrange the cashier area, maintaining its cleanliness, and equipping it with the necessary tools and materials such as paper, ink, pens, etc.
- Participate in inventory: Assist in conducting inventory counts and verifying the correspondence between recorded numbers and actual assets
