- Receiving and welcoming visitors, directing them to their needs, and ensuring that they log in in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Communicate and cooperate with other departments to speed up the services and procedures provided to visitors
- Responding to visitors’ inquiries and questions and providing guidance and advice
- Answering phone calls
- Ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and able to receive attendees
- Receiving e-mail, delivering it on a daily basis, sorting and distributing it
Requirements:
Recent graduation
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs
