Tasks and responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management: leading and coordinating all phases of the project from planning, implementation to delivery, ensuring that objectives are achieved within the specified schedule and budget.
- Project preparation and planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that include clear objectives, timelines, budget estimates, and risk management plans
- Define project scope: Define project objectives and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure client needs and technical requirements are met
- Team management: leading and organizing the project team, distributing tasks and directing them to ensure effective cooperation among all members
- Monitor project progress: Track project progress through regular meetings with the team, review reports and updates to ensure the project is progressing according to plans.
- Budget management: Monitor the budget and ensure that all expenses are within specified limits, and take necessary action in the event of changes
- Risk management: Identify and evaluate potential risks and develop plans to reduce their impact on the project’s progress
- Communication with stakeholders: Continuous communication with customers, suppliers, and internal beneficiaries to ensure clarity of expectations and successful project implementation
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, modification plans, performance reports, and team notes
- Final delivery of the project: Ensuring that the project is delivered on time and to the required specifications, while evaluating the final performance and measuring success
- Workplace: at the company headquarters or remotely according to company policy
Requirements:
University degree in business administration, engineering, or any related field
At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the same sector or a related industry
Certifications in project management such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (optional)
Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana
Strong organization and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to make quick and effective decisions, especially in pressure situations
Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask
Skills in budget and risk management
Leadership and motivational skills to ensure the achievement of collective goals
