Job Description:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing them with the information they want to know
- Recording customers’ personal data and informing them of all information
- Booking trips for customers, whether by coming to the company and paying directly or by phone and paying by credit card
- Organizing trips for clients based on their needs and providing tour guides for participants in tourism programs
- Sending messages with the company’s tourism offers to regular customers
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in the field of tourism
