- Preparing, organizing and monitoring various projects within the organization
- Create achievable and measurable strategies and goals
- Coordination between joint activities between projects and each other
- Leading and evaluating employees within projects
- Develop and monitor deadlines, budgets and various activities
- Implement change and risk and manage available resources
- Taking responsibility for projects and everything that happens to them
- Periodically evaluate projects and solve problems that hinder achieving goals
- Preparing reports and submitting them to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred fields include facilities management, business administration, engineering, or architecture
A minimum of 8 years in facilities management projects, with at least 3 years in a management role
Proven experience in managing teams or projects
Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to address issues quickly and effectively
Facilities Management Certification: Such as IFMA’s CFM
Safety Certifications: OSHA certification or similar
