Job Summary:
- We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn HR Trainee (Tamheer) to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration. The HR Trainee will work closely with senior HR professionals to develop skills, gain practical knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the HR department
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Records & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, data entry, and document management.
Employee Relations Support:
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and resolving basic HR-related issues.
- Support the HR team in managing employee relations matters and internal communications.
HR Projects & Administrative Tasks:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed (e.g., scheduling meetings, preparing reports).
- Assist with HR-related projects and special initiatives, gaining exposure to various HR functions.

A recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and concepts is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Have never enrolled in Tamheer program before so we can register them as trainees
Was not registered in GOSI in the 6 months before joining date
