- Preparing and studying architectural designs and architectural plans for self-designed projects, in a way that is compatible with the conditions of the modern city and the environmental, social, and economic conditions.
- Auditing architectural plans and building data and matching architectural designs, drawings and technical specifications of projects with the building regulations approved in the Emirate of Dubai.
- Study and review tender documents submitted by the project consultant
- Evaluating change orders for architectural design projects, and making the necessary amendments to them in line with the interest of the work
- Review design payments to the consultant and study and evaluate change orders for architectural design projects
- Studying the needs and requirements of organizational units for projects and determining the estimated financial cost
Requirements:
7-10 years experience
Preference will be given to those who have experience in the field of contracting within the Kingdom and have previously worked in a contracting company
