- Develop a work plan within the exhibition and follow up on its correct implementation
- Organizing work inside the exhibition and distributing tasks to all exhibition employees
- Working to achieve the exhibition’s sales goals
- Supervising the entire exhibition facilities and ensuring their efficient operation
- Follow up with various parties internally and externally to solve any problems
- Follow up on the issuance of invoices, bonds, and disbursement requests and ensure the accuracy of all outputs
- Supervising, directing, following up and monitoring the entire exhibition work team
- Coordinating weekly vacations among exhibition employees in accordance with the organization’s policies
- Follow up on customers’ receipt of their goods in coordination with sales officials
- Monitoring and following up the exhibition hall on an ongoing basis to follow up on sales officials and customer movement
