Role Summary:
- The Project Management Director will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of security projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role involves managing project teams, liaising with clients, and aligning project outcomes with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning:
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client and organizational requirements.
• Develop project strategies, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Project Execution:
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues to maintain momentum and client satisfaction.
• Team Leadership:
• Oversee and guide project managers and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, updates, and expectations.
• Client Engagement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Risk and Compliance Management:
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety, security, and regulatory standards.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track and report on project performance, including financials, milestones, and KPIs.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification required
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of security industry standards and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
