Role Summary:
- The CRM Specialist will play a key role in managing customer interactions and supporting the sales team. This position involves handling incoming leads, generating new leads, attending sales meetings, and representing the company’s services to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Management:
• Handle and respond to incoming customer inquiries and leads via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and digital tools.
• Maintain a database of potential clients and track interactions.
• Meetings and Coordination:
• Arrange meetings for the sales team and ensure proper documentation of schedules.
• Attend client meetings with the sales team to present the company’s services and build rapport.
• Service Presentation:
• Clearly communicate the value of Afaq Security’s services to prospective clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in a similar CRM or sales support role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Familiarity with CRM tools and software is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
