- Determine the tools, materials, and supplies required to carry out cleaning work, maintain them, and ensure their availability when needed
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking machines, and wiping the kitchen floor and removing dust from it daily
- Washing and cleaning cooking tools, utensils and ovens, cleaning and removing garbage, placing it in designated containers, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Clean surfaces, cooking equipment and dishes regularly
