Tasks:
- Providing and assisting the company and clients in marketing and purchasing real estate at the appropriate price and according to the best conditions
- Identifying clients’ needs and financial capabilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Enhancing sales through various promotion and advertising channels
- Collaborate with appraisers, insurance companies, lenders and quality experts
- Preparing the necessary papers such as ownership contracts, lease contracts, and various agreements
- Conduct a comparative market analysis to estimate the value of real estate
- Ensuring the accuracy of data and ensuring fair and honest dealing
- Conduct negotiations and consult with clients regarding market conditions, rates, mortgages, legal requirements and issues
Requirements:
University qualification
Experience in the same field
Ability to identify customer needs
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
Ability to build a customer base
The ability to find opportunities for the company
Negotiation, presentation and persuasion skills
A resident of Mecca
