- Preparing specialized documents and reports related to quality and providing appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions
- Identifying the systems, procedures and policies that need to be changed to raise and improve the quality of services provided
- Training employees to improve quality in work tasks to raise the level of performance
- Participate in evaluating the performance of employees working in all departments through their application of quality standards
Requirements:
Experience from 1 to 3 years
Tactfulness in dealing with auditors
Training courses in the field of quality assurance or improvement
Good understanding of quality control procedures and legal standards
