Tasks and responsibilities:
- Good reception of pilgrims, facilitating all their affairs and procedures at the airport reception and arrival ports, and informing service groups of the arrival and movement of their pilgrims through the website, through text messages and voice communication devices.
- Applying the principles and rules of distributing and assigning pilgrims to the service groups, informing them of the time of their departure to the service groups, taking confirmation of their residential addresses and clarifying their landmarks, and coordinating with the transportation sector and the organization’s pilgrims’ organization department.
