- Monitoring and organizing the inventory of materials, items and products
- Maintaining the service station buildings in a neat and organized manner
- Managing the financial transactions of the gas station
- Evaluate customer feedback
- Ensuring security surveillance equipment and imposing the necessary security measures
- Preparing regular reports on the types and quantities of fuel, oils and other products sold at gas stations during a certain period of time
- Implement fuel storage systems in accordance with government and environmental policies and regulations
- Adherence to health and safety standards set by the concerned authorities
- Ensure that the site is ready to receive customers on a daily basis through the established readiness procedures
- Manage occupational health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) systems by implementing approved policies, rules and procedures
- Report all incidents related to unsafe conditions
- Manage risks on site and ensure that all site employees are aware of potential risks and trained to mitigate them
- Manage daily fuel inventory in accordance with standards and regulations and provide timely data
- Manage fuel deliveries on site in an efficient and safe manner and ensure all processes and procedures are implemented correctly
- Ensure that planned and unplanned maintenance activities are completed in a timely manner
- Achieving key performance indicators according to set goals
