- Implementing and practicing all accounting activities related to employee entitlements, financial management, and company accounts, preparing zakat and tax returns and financial statements, and controlling and following up on all accounting operations in accordance with accounting principles, regulations, and instructions.
- Preparing settlement entries in accordance with the supporting documents and ensuring linkage and direction within the appropriate accounting item in the chart of accounts
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Monitoring cash flows for account statements according to priority
- Documents financial transactions by entering transaction and account information
- Balancing what was recorded at the end of each month and making reconciliations with the auxiliary records and the financial system
- Recording financial and accounting entitlements in accordance with the approved rules and regulations
- Preparing financial reports that help in making decisions
- Communicate with auditors upon request and participate in audit programs by submitting the required documents, information, and resources
- Preparing the trial balance and ensuring the balance of the accounts
- Summarizes the current financial situation by collecting information, preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Secures financial information by completing database backups
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls
- Preparing draft financial reports in accordance with the requirements of approved accounting policies
- Matching the balances of auxiliary and subsidiary accounting books and records with the general ledger balances
- Archiving financial and accounting supporting documents in accordance with company policy
- Submitting the reports required by management to senior departments in accordance with work plans
- Preparing zakat and tax returns according to the regulations issued by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority
