Responsibilities:
Financial collection:
- Managing the payment process and receiving payments from customers
- Use point of sale devices accurately
Preparing drinks:
- Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, such as coffee, tea, and juices
- Ensure the quality of drinks and present them in an attractive manner
Interaction with customers:
- Providing excellent customer service through courteous communication and listening to customer needs
- Providing advice on the list of drinks and products available
Place maintenance:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the work area and tools used
- Arranging materials and components in an organized manner
Assistance with inventory management:
- Follow up on inventory and ensure the availability of basic materials
- Report any shortage of materials
Working within a team:
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in training new employees if necessary
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or cashier
Knowledge of the basics of preparing coffee and drinks
Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers
