- An operations and operation manager (local parcel delivery) is required to work in the city of Dammam
Requirements:	Bachelor's degree 10 years experience in a leadership role Strong experience in a leading company in the field of customer service and courier applications Previously worked in a parcel delivery company Excellent organizational and leadership abilities In-depth knowledge of various business functions and principles Knowledge of data analysis and performance/process metrics Experience in developing budgets and writing business plans Outstanding communication skills Effective decision-making skills
