A refrigeration engineer with 5 years of experience is required to manage a store for refrigeration and air conditioning spare parts, cooling rooms and their supplies.
- Develop a work plan within the exhibition and follow up on its proper implementation
- Organizing work within the exhibition and distributing tasks to all exhibition employees
- Working to achieve the exhibition’s sales goals
- Supervising the entire exhibition facilities and ensuring their efficient operation
- Follow up with various parties internally and externally to solve any problems
- Follow up on the issuance of invoices, bonds, and disbursement requests and ensure the accuracy of all outputs
- Supervising, directing, following up and monitoring the entire exhibition work team
- Determine the training requirements for salesmen within the exhibition to increase the efficiency of sales performance
- Training sales officials in terms of their selling capabilities on a regular and ongoing basis
- Conduct periodic meetings with sales officials
- Coordinating vacations among exhibition employees in accordance with the organization’s policies
- Follow up on customers’ receipt of their goods in coordination with sales officials
- Monitoring and following up the exhibition hall on an ongoing basis to follow up on sales officials and customer movement
- Follow up and monitor the development of quality systems and standards and prepare technical reports on the quality of exhibits
Requirements:
Experience in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning
Good understanding of selling skills and the ability to persuade
