Job description:
• Answering incoming customer calls, emails, chats and Social media regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general customer concerns.
• Updating customer information in the customer service database.
• Generating sales leads by calls, Emails and Social media.
• Providing quotation and placing orders as well as cancelation.
• Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Helping customers to place order through Website or any other channels.
• Informing customer of deals and promotions.
