• Developing maintenance procedures and organizing implementation processes
• Conduct inspections of facilities to determine appropriate solutions to problems
• Inspecting the electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure their safety
• Plan and supervise all repairs and installation activities
• Defining tasks, dividing tasks among technicians, and supervising implementation procedures
• Follow up on the attendance and departure of technicians and follow up on work schedules and vacations
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Determine and follow up on the budget and reduce the volume of expenses
• Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors and all service providers
• Maintain maintenance records and report on daily activities
Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience
Complete knowledge of competitions, feasibility studies, and projects and submitting them on the Etemad platform
