Job Description:
- Implementing procedures, systems and forms for monitoring employee attendance, contributing to and supervising the implementation of sick and emergency leave policies and procedures, updating information related to employees, dealing with their complaints and inquiries professionally, and preparing, displaying and archiving specialized documents and reports related to the field of human resources operations.
Main duties and tasks:
- Implementing procedures, systems and forms for monitoring branch employees’ attendance and their various types of leaves, and amending the forms when needed, in addition to implementing the attendance monitoring system and ensuring their commitment to official working hours.
- Applying policies and procedures for annual, sick, and emergency leaves and other leaves specified in the approved vacation and leaves policy, applying procedures for promotions, secondment, and termination of service, and recording all employee incidents in accordance with the approved systems and procedures.
- Dealing with employee complaints, observations, requests and inquiries in a professional manner and effectively raising problems, if they exist, to the department director
- Updating information related to employees and providing it to the employee services team by recording and documenting all information related to the entity’s employees, such as promotions, training courses, and matters related to salaries and benefits.
- Preparing specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations, presenting appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions, presenting them, clarifying them, and saving them in their database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
