Job Summary:
- The Network and Infrastructure Manager will oversee and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including cloud networks, virtual machines, domain websites, and services on Microsoft 365 and Azure. - This role involves ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of IT operations across all branches and leading a team responsible for network and infrastructure support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of the company's network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless networks, and cloud-based networks across multiple sites.
- Configure and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure network security and data integrity.
Cloud Infrastructure Management:
- Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, including virtual machines (VMs), networks, and storage solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Monitor performance and security of Azure cloud resources, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Lead the deployment and management of Azure services, including virtual networks, virtual machines, and cloud storage.
Microsoft 365 Management:
- Oversee the administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Ensure the security and compliance of Microsoft 365 environments, managing user access, data protection, and service integrations.
- Provide support for issues related to Microsoft 365 services and optimize their usage across the organization.
Domain and Website Management:
- Manage the company’s domains, including DNS configurations and domain renewals.
- Oversee the hosting and maintenance of company websites, ensuring uptime and resolving any web hosting issues.
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the seamless operation and performance of web services.
Branch Support:
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure consistent IT operations across all company branches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, infrastructure, cloud, and Microsoft 365-related issues reported by branches promptly.
- Coordinate the rollout of new IT systems and infrastructure in new or existing branches.
Infrastructure Support:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, backup systems, Azure services, and Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and improvements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network, infrastructure, Azure, Microsoft 365 configurations, changes, and procedures.
- Prepare and present reports on network and cloud performance, issues, and improvements to senior management.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals responsible for network and infrastructure support.
- Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team remains updated on the latest technologies and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in network management, cloud infrastructure (especially Azure), virtual machine support, and Microsoft 365 administration
Strong understanding of networking protocols, firewall management, VPNs, and cloud technologies
Experience with Cisco or other network equipment
Familiarity with server administration, virtualization, storage systems, domain management, and Microsoft 365 services
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and lead a team
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
